Friday started with me staying up to see the new Pope reveal themselves. I mostly just talked to Mom during this time as she wasn't informed that there was a new Pope already. She thanked me for updating her, which was nice. But today was pretty fun in that everything was pretty chill and I just focused on work as a long weekend was ahead.

I went to work and it was a usual, fun workday for me. The team near me invited me out for lunch again and we had lunch at this Japanese restaurant nearby. I was actually running a bit late since my meeting was at 1 p.m. I immediately sprinted to my workplace and I got there relatively on time, but the meeting didn't continue, which was just hilariously funny. I still called in with my actual team and it went well.

For the afternoon, I didn't eat much during lunchtime so I just went outside to find a restaurant which had some good food. I walked around and I found a Subway restaurant nearby! I immediately decided on getting Subway since I haven't had it in a long time, and I remember I used to have Subway regularly when I worked here in Makati in late 2019 to early 2020. I got Subway, which was nice.

Work after that was nothing noteworthy. I just continued working and I thought I had something to do come evening, but I didn't and just ended up going home feeling bored but happy enough.
