A Black MacBook for a Silver MacBook

My foot was still hurting so much because of my gout and I had originally planned to go to work today, but I didn't push through it on account of the pain in my foot. I just worked from home and got my usual stuff done. Despite my gout, I had planned to meet up a person who was exchanging their MacBook. It only had 2 charge cycles and was just bought on July 1, while mine had 8 charge cycles already. I felt bad trading away my own, first-ever bought MacBook, but I just had to trade it away because black is such a horrible color. Thankfully, the guy isn't asking much for us to swap because it's practically the same MacBook, just with a different color.

I met up with him in BGC, thankfully it wasn't far and I got there fairly quickly. It was a bit of a pain walking around, but I'm glad I got dropped off nearby and I didn't have to walk far. I met the guy exchanging his laptop and he tells me that he actually does this "professionally" and it sounded interesting to me. I removed my Apple account from my MacBook and I got my account set up on the new, silver MacBook. I was a bit paranoid and worried that he still has his Apple account in this new MacBook, but I had to quell those thoughts because he didn't have an Apple account in this one when he exchanged it to me. All of my fears were eventually quelled when I saw this MacBook pop up in my iCloud and Find My app.

After that, I played Sky with someone and we took a few pics together while in the event place in the Aviary Village. We stopped playing after that and I enjoyed my time with the new MacBook.
