A Productive Monday

For Monday, I was tasked to work the night shift for this week and I made the most out of my day by applying for that Korean visa in the morning. I got there quite early, I think. I planned to get there by 10 a.m. or so, just as the place was just opening. But I spent breakfast at home which took sometime, and I got confused with the directions, went to SM Aura first and then finally at Brittany Hotel, and eventually got myself at the front desk at around 11:40 a.m. or so. I had messed up the paper sizes, but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to show me the right way and I eventually fell back in line and got a number.

I found a seat nearby and waited until my number was called, which took hours. I didn't mind the wait and it actually gave me some time to focus on the music I was listening to, and to look at lyrics on Apple Music the whole time. After my number was called, I submitted my documents and hoped to get an answer soon. I actually went home after that because I was feeling pretty tired. But then my sister called me and said that they were at SM Aura, too. I had to decide to go back to SM Aura and I also brought my sister's Samsung tablet with me. When I booked an Angkas ride, I got the same driver! I had the same driver going home from SM Aura and then BACK to SM Aura. The situation was so funny to me because we just went in a loop, with the driver eventually ending up at the same place. The whole situation was just super funny to me.

Eventually I met up with my Mom and sister. We decided to eat at Samgyupsalamat but we had to hurry up because they had to catch a movie and I had a meeting in the evening and I didn't want to be late for that. We just ate for a while, and even the staff commented how we were quick with our stay. My Mom and sister eventually left first while I paid the bill, but eventually they came back as they didn't want to leave me behind, which was sweet of them. We walked back to SM Aura and they eventually watched the movie while I thankfully found a quick ride back home. I was starting to worry a bit because my phone's battery was depleting and I had it on full brightness while listening to music earlier, but it was all good and I got home in time for my meeting.

My meeting eventually started and I had some free time before my shift. My friends, Luan, and I eventually watched some Ted the Caver story on YouTube. It was pretty okay, but nothing that gripped me into the story. After that, my friends and I got into a call.
