Thursday's Makati Night Trip

Today was my usual day in the office and I started it by going to the office and working on-site. I had lunch out with my coworkers, but I also got some matcha by myself. I tried to look for some travel groups or meetup places in Korea for my upcoming trip because I didn't want to be lonely.

For my breaktime, I got into a call with someone as I was chilling in the pantry. I talked to Mon for a while, too, but I mostly was on call with someone and watched them play Red Dead Redemption 2. I got to open up to Mon about a scar that I still had, so that was nice. I continued to focus on my tasks for the day and, after timing out, we decided to have lunch out. We wanted to eat out at this restaurant in Poblacion, but it was full and waiting would take. along time, so we had some samosas at the Samosa Street food card. It was so funny because apparently the seller and one of my coworkers went to the same college, so that was interesting. The samosa was actually good, too, it was really delicious. We couldn't decide on which restaurant to have dinner at, though, but we eventually settled on La Pita. I tried out the lamb meat since it was the most exotic one on the menu, and it tasted nice. It was so filling, though, and it took me a while to finish my food since I was just eating it all alone while my coworkers shared their food amongst each other.

After that, we wanted to walk around for a bit and we decided to have some drinks at Black Kettle that's nearby. I got a drink and their pastry, which was funny because I still had yesterday's cookie in my bag. After that, we all went our separate ways and I went home because I still had more on-site work for tomorrow.
