Friday started with Jaze and I still hanging out at the pares restaurant in Pasig that he recommended. We ate there and the pares was okay, but it wasn't good as the ones we had at Retiro Street. And it was also pretty loud, like the speaker was above us and it was blasting Bruno Mars songs. We found it difficult to talk and Jaze was talking about this BYD issue he has with his family. After that, we just decided to chill at our usual place at Assi Fresh Plaza. We got a few snacks and the usual cat there went up to Jaze, so that was funny. We talked more and then ultimately called it a night since I had to work on-site in the morning and it was already 2 a.m.

For the morning, I just commuted to work and I just had lunch by myself at Marugame. I went back to work after that and finished my tasks for the week.

In the afternoon, I had some free time so my coworker introduced us to this new board game he brought called Toy Battle. I didn't get the mechanics at first, but I eventually got the hang of it after playing a few rounds. We played as 4 and we had a winner's bracket and a loser's bracket. In the end, I got 2nd place, which the board game owner being the one in 1st place, which was funny because one other coworker kept accusing him of being a cheater. I went home after that and talked to someone for a while, and the conversation got pretty emotional. Needless to say, my night continued on after that.
