I started the day talking to someone and a few people for a bit before eventually passing out due to sheer exhaustion. I got some good sleep, though, and I woke up to an absolute flood of stuff to deal with over the course of the day. I definitely had to leave in the morning and made it a priority to get a ride to the office quick. But it took me a while to book a ride to the office, which was frustrating to say the least. I eventually got to the office okay, though, thankfully, and I got to sit next to my coworkers again today. We had lunch out and I had some good food that I ate in the afternoon as my merienda. A usual workday followed and work came and went. I sent my coworkers that event invite treating them out for lunch next week and I titled it “Big reveal” or something, which made them curious and they kept asking me what it was. They thought I would have a kid or something, but no, and I just teased them and went along with the joke. In the evening, I booked a motorcycle ride home and thankfully it didn't rain at all much. But I felt so sick that I just passed out for the evening. Throughout the whole day, I was thinking about what to reveal for next week. And I essentially just felt sad and realized that I should just say that this chapter of my life is ending. It is true, though, things are changing and they will change in the next few months. The past few months have had big changes. The people who I hung out with often in June barely appear in my life anymore, and things have changed a lot at work, too. I wanted to appreciate the time with the people I have now more as things disappear, and time moves forward. It absolutely was heartbreaking that I'm carrying all this alone and I almost cried realizing the full weight of this. But whatever, I have to keep moving forward.
