The Most Meaningful Struggle

Today was going to be a usual day of me spending my day alone. I woke up to no messages, got my day started, and went through the usual things like my morning tasks and morning routine. I had some stuff to do at work and had to complete a few tasks. I took my break and just did the usual things.

At the end of my break, someone suddenly messaged me and they noticed that I had lit their candle last night and sent them hearts in Sky. I told them that it was my last day playing Sky yesterday and I had just come to drop off all of my candles and reset my wing level. I wished them luck in still playing the game and, after a while, they messaged me on Discord. One of the first things they messaged me was that they miss VHH and I told them that they weren't the only one. They wanted to get me back into Sky and I stood my ground and told them no. They eventually told me that they can't play Sky without me and that they only ever logged in to check if I was still playing. Then we got to talking about bringing me back and I told them I'll only go back to playing Sky with them and into bringing back VHH if they promised to these 3 things:

1. A proper date
2. Full transparency
3. Out of town

They tried their best to talk me out of that, but I didn't want to back down. As far as I saw it, I'm still bothered by them and those 3 things encapsulated the bulk of my problems with them. Like how we didn't really have a proper date at the start, how they weren't transparent with me on some things, and how our past team buildings never really led to us talking with just each other, alone. They tried to call the date into a hangout, but I just told them a simple no and they just agreed. For the out of town, they just agreed to a compromised deal to be out in nature, and at night, and I agreed to that. We eventually played Sky after that and I just told them flat-out that I'll just give them the Kindle.

We got into our server and VHH, and had fun in Sky collecting a few things. We then explored the rest of the SkyFest area together and we had so fun doing the meditation and exploring some of the areas a bit. Then I gave her the SkyFest Wireframe Cape which was worth around 1,000 Pesos. We just talked and they told me that they showed the Kindle to their friend Jamie. Then we explored some of the areas and I told them some of the songs from Steven Universe reminds me of her. They then told me that their new schedule is now 6 p.m. because they usually slept at that time, and also 7:30 p.m. after dinner. We kept playing Sky until around 6 when they said they had to pack their bags for their Davao trip soon. We kept talking until 6:50 p.m. and then someone fell off after that.

I had a lot of free time by then but didn't really do anything productive during it. I was supposed to get back the time in my mood calendar but didn't really continue much with it aside from a few fixes. But not much happened and I was doing random things until midnight.
