Thursday was pretty busy as well and I was mostly engrossed in work. In the morning, I had a really weird dream wherein I was talking again with someone. She sent me a message and I remember being so happy that we were talking again. I tried my best to verify that it wasn't a dream and, somehow, I didn't believe it was. I eventually woke up and it was so disappointing. Nevertheless, I got ready for work. I took a while to get to the office in the morning. Getting there was a complete hassle but I was thankfully able to make it.

I spent lunch with the team near me and their manager actually shocked me when he laid his hand to invite me for lunch with them. I didn't know that I'm still easily scared when someone taps me from the back, I thought I've grown from it. But I got shocked so much and he laughed at me. I also laughed as well because I was shocked so much. He asked me why I didn't notice him when he was just talking to his coworker beside me and I told him that I was glued to my screen.

But after that, today was just your usual workday. I also had Starbucks in the afternoon and took a while to reflect on my situation. I also missed having a MacBook. After that, I went back to the office. Another higher-up approached me and they actually shocked me again! I was so startled even though they just called out my name. But they introduced themselves to me and told me to reach out to them if I have concerns with higher-level things. So that was nice.

I was able to go home and have dinner just fine. I had some additional work to do in the evening but it was nothing I couldn't handle. At the end of the day, I noticed that tomorrow was March 21, which meant that I would've been in the Philippine workforce for 7 years then. I can't believe I have a total of 7 years of work experience. Wow, what a journey it has been.
