Up All Night

My foot still hurts but I had to suck it up again today because I'm still determined to go back to the office. I commuted there and it wasn't as painful as yesterday, but I still had that funny limp in my walk because my foot wasn't 100% okay.

I got to the office but I didn't have lunch with my coworkers and instead had lunch alone. I had Subway for lunch and I ate it in the office lunchroom while talking to someone. Work passed by as usual and I was still able to go out with my coworkers for merienda and we ate at SM Makati and NYFD, which was nice because we just got to chill and talk about work matters and previous work experiences, with Jimmy telling us about his past office encounters, which was funny.

After work, I went to SM Makati to buy groceries and I was honestly impressed because I was able to carry heavy groceries despite having a painful gout attack. I booked a Grab ride home and I was talking to someone while on the way home. When I got home, she tells me to accompany her all night and I did accompany her until the morning like we used to back in 2024.
