A Walk to Señor Pollo and We're Back in Genshin!
Today was another day in the office for me and I got there relatively okay. My sister also ordered some McDonald's for us and I just had it placed inside her lunch box which I brought to the office. It was just my coworker and I there and since I was close to them, I left my assigned seat to sit next to them and talk while my shift went on.
We had lunch out and, thankfully, we went out for lunch early. They asked me what my favorite chicken restaurant was and I had a few in mind, we ultimately decided on going to their favorite chicken restaurant, Señor Pollo. It was a bit of a walk away, but I didn't mind the walk there and figured it was good exercise. We took a while to get there, but we eventually made it and it didn't take us an hour to walk there, thankfully.
We got seated and ate some chicken, and the sides were really good. They also had their own version of dynamite, which tasted nice, but it was too spicy for us to finish there. But the chicken and the sauces were so good. It honestly shaped up to be one of my favorite chicken places. I had my leftover dynamite for take-out and we went back to the office. Thankfully, nothing big happened that I missed and I just continued my shift and finished eating the McDonald's and the leftover dynamite.
Before going home, my coworker was having a hard time opening their locker because their biometric lock wouldn't work. I recognized this lock from McNally's videos and I remembered that this can be easily opened with brute force. I decided to try it out for myself and hit it with my metal water bottle. My coworker didn't believe me and he thought that it would be too loud, but I eventually got it opened and he was in complete shock when I opened it. After that, we both eventually went home and I was able to book a ride despite the rain.
In the evening, I played Peak with someone and I helped her recover her old Genshin account. She still remembered her password but it kept asking her to verify her account with an old Gmail account that she doesn't remember. We first tried recovering her old Gmail account, but it didn't work. So we just tried logging into her Hoyoverse, but it couldn't go through for her. I tried logging in instead and I was able to log in and change her email. We played Genshin afterwards, after years of not playing it, and my level was enough to join her world and we fought the same-level enemies together. We had a difficult time fighting Childe but we eventually got the hang of it. We also had enough time to watch a few caving videos on YouTube like we used to.
All in all, today was super fun and extra, but I didn't feel exhausted at all in the end.
