The rain finally started clearing up today, it didn't rain as much as it did for the past week and I'm glad it stopped because it was honestly getting pretty annoying. I don't know how or why, but I loved the rainy season back when I was in my teens. As an adult, I truly hate it.

Monday was pretty normal, for what it was worth. It was mostly me catching up with a few things at work, but it was also pretty chill as nothing much went on. I also didn't each much because someone in our house had turned off the rice cooker which the Andoks was heating up in (we couldn't use the microwave because it was still moldy). After work, I got myself some lugaw because I could start to feel myself getting sick and I didn't want my gout to flare up. I also got myself some stuff from Chowking, like wonton mami for myself while I got a chicken lauriat for my sister. It was a good pick-me-up and both were really nice. I got to eat and kick back while listening to some dumb Internet drama.

After eating, someone invited me to play Sky with them. They had premiered the second part of The Two Embers. We did our dailies together first and we bumped into Jinn/Flame at the home island. We talked to them for a while then went on doing our dailies. One of the daily quests required us to visit Grandma's place and we were also just in time for a Grandma event. We got some free flames and someone got to talk to a few nice people over a witches cauldron.

Once we were done, we went to the cinema inside Sky and watched the second part of The Two Embers! The game on my Linux PC was having issues like the video being flipped upside down and showing blank, so I moved as fast as I can to my MacBook and watched the movie there. Granted, I missed a few title cards but it was only the beginning of the movie. We eventually watched the whole thing and someone loved the baby manta in it so much. It was super cute and the movie was heartwarming. We also completed the Resourceful Recluse story afterward and it was nice to complete that mini-quest together. Someone had to abruptly leave as she had work stuff to do and I eventually went to sleep after that because I felt a bit sick.
