Tue
Today was a pretty usual day, as far as things were concerned. My gout had been significantly reduced and I was fully able to walk with my right foot again like normal. I also noticed Ailysh clean the microwave and she left it open for it to ventilate and kill all the mold inside.
I felt super-better after getting a full 8 hours (and 40 minutes) worth of sleep. I got started on my work as usual and ordered some Jollibee for me in the morning so I could have something to eat throughout the day. I also did some cleaning up like throwing away the pillows outside that were just a seedbed for all of the mold, which was disgusting to throw out, but hey, someone's gotta do it. I also bought some more vinegar and thoroughly scrubbed the interior of the microwave with a sponge, dipping it in vinegar so it kills all of the mold and then ventilating it.
The weather was also really nice today. For once, I'm glad that it wasn't raining like hell and that it was fairly dry outside. I don't want a wet day anymore and I'm happy with having the entire living room dry as hell. For work, nothing much happened as I just caught up on a few tickets and did some work writing some documents and stuff.
One weird thing that happened was that someone and I had a slight argument over some slang that she thinks I misused and that it turned into this one big thing during lunch. We were supposed to play Peak during my lunch break but we had an argument instead. Thankfully, it wasn't anything major and I apologized first, which then made her apologize and even open up an avenue for me to vent my frustrations, because I expressed to her that I bottle up my frustrations and don't express it at all. I was surprised to have her say that she's fine hearing my frustrations and that she will apologize, too. It seemed a little too good to be true, but okay, that's cool to hear. I continued with work and didn't really mind all that until my shift ended.
After work, I didn't do much aside from eat dinner with my sister and I did some minor cleaning up. I ordered 4 pieces of chicken earlier, one I ate in the morning, one for dinner, and one that my sister ate for dinner. I was surprised to have 1 more chicken leftover for tomorrow, but that was nice. Eventually, someone replied to me again and she invited me to play Peak with her.
Our run this time was pretty good, although I was kind of a doomer at the first stage already. Something about this run didn't feel right, but it actually was the longest run we've done together as a duo.
We got through the shore stage, then tropics/jungle, then, surprisingly, through the tundra. I died at the tundra stage but someone was able to find a way out of that miserable situation. Then we got through the caldera and went through a wrong series of rocks. Also, someone fell down deep at the caldera at the start and they almost died. She died while we were trying to get to this piece of luggage that miraculously had a first-aid kit inside. I used it on someone after saving her and we immediately got to work moving through the rocks, but I just couldn't calculate a proper way through and we ended up panicking and dying an hour into the run.
I was super devastated but whatever, I just knew that we had to keep going in the next few runs. Today was nice and I liked talking, playing games with someone. It was also really nice to know that she hadn't thrown away some of the stuff I gave her, which was nice. Because of that, I decided to gift her a Bing Bong plushie and a baby manta plushie soon and that I'll be contacting toymakers to have them make it, so that I can gift it to someone soon.
