Surprise Stay!

For the day after Christmas, I started it by being woken up from my sleep last night because I was snoring so heavily. They meant well but I really couldn't sleep after that and I know how hard it is for me to get some sleep. I spent the entire night staying up and just watching IG Reels. We were able to have breakfast at The Pantry and it was nice to eat there, for what it's worth.

We didn't have anything planned for today so my sister decided that we go to this Korean spa nearby instead, it was this jjimjilbang not too far from here. I was still really tired from barely sleeping 2 hours and I wasn't able to enjoy it fully because I had a bit of paranoia over my items being stolen and stuff, even though it was completely safe in the end. We enjoyed the rooms and I made the most out of the time, for what it's worth. We enjoyed our time there before I had to book for another hotel room because I couldn't get some sleep at our current place and I didn't want to bother them. We eventually headed back to Dusit Thani and I packed my bag to prepare for my other hotel room stay.

I stayed on my own at another hotel nearby which was I'M Hotel. The name was pretty weird, but I let it slide since the facilities seemed nice. I got a lot of freebies but I didn't really get any of them for fear of overspending, when I've already overspent today.

The room I got was really, really nice. It was honestly the nicest room I've ever stayed at, so far. I think it even beats my stay at Ardenhills because of how luxurious and spacious the room feels. The ceiling was so high and the room had such a great view of the city and of Poblacion. I slept after that and got whatever rest I could before I woke up in the evening.

My Mom and sister planned to have dinner at Italianni's in Glorietta and I had to walk all the way from my hotel to Glorietta, which was actually a welcomed surprise. We ate dinner together, we played some games at the newly-renovated Timezone near the movie theaters, and my sister and I generally had fun. We had Starbucks for a bit before we went back to our respective hotel rooms. I had a long walk back, but I enjoyed it because I played the album Some Nights which made me take a look into things because I still resonate with the songs, even though I last felt so attached to them 6 years ago.

In the end, I took a few pics of me just chilling in the hotel room and enjoying the king-sized bed before finally going to sleep.
