Hard-Knock Life

For Sunday, I just spent it at home and I just tried to make the most of my weekend by being productive.

I told someone about my plans for today and I mostly just talked to them on and off about some stuff. I also mostly just listened to their life problems. I also began work on updating an old Material 3 Expressive redesign that I planned on my own. I got take-out for myself since my sister was out for the day and I also got myself some Monster Energy Drink, as well as some Dr. Pepper since I was surprised it was available, and that I haven't had it since my last day in Korea that was months ago.

I mostly just worked on my personal website up until the evening. It got really frustrating to not do all of this myself, and it just made me realize that I like doing development on my own projects by myself. Eventually, my sister arrived after I booked a ride for her, and she got me that USB C to DisplayPort that I immediately hooked up to my MacBook and monitor so I could enjoy the full 180HZ refresh rate. I talked to Mom for a bit, and then kept talking to someone into the evening. After that, I mostly just finished my journal entries and wrapped up on development for the day.
